Human review
Any AI-assisted analysis or drafting should be checked against source evidence, the agreed method and the assignment’s requirements. AI output must not be presented as verified data or used to invent experience, clients, quotations or findings.
Information boundaries
Client-confidential information and identifiable participant data must not be entered into unapproved AI services. Any proposed AI use involving restricted information requires an agreed purpose, suitable safeguards and the required client or participant disclosures.
Transparency
Material AI use should be disclosed where it affects the method or interpretation. The website’s automated service navigator uses published IDER service descriptions and guides. It does not generate research findings or confirm fees, appointments or engagements. The question stays on the page unless the visitor chooses to submit an enquiry. Service enquiries are reviewed by IDER’s team.
Live-chat AI assistant
Where enabled and configured by the chat administrator, the AI assistant is identified as an automated assistant and uses approved IDER service information. It must not claim that a person has reviewed a message, guarantee an investment return, confirm a contract or invent an institutional record. Ask for an IDER team member when a response needs professional review.
The website integration does not itself activate AI Assist or verify a service entitlement. Human agents and any AI assistance are managed in the organisation’s tawk.to property. Messages sent through this optional service are processed by the chat provider and, when enabled, its AI service providers.
