Integrity & responsible research

Anti-bribery and integrity

IDER’s integrity standard prohibits offering, requesting or accepting an improper advantage to win work, influence a decision or alter a research finding.

Business and research conduct

Bribes, kickbacks and facilitation payments are unacceptable. Gifts, hospitality, introductions and recruitment must not be used to influence procurement, participant selection, analysis or reporting.

Partners and records

Partner and supplier arrangements should have a legitimate purpose, proportionate checks and accurate records. Staff and partners should raise questionable requests rather than hide them in fees or expenses.

Speak up

Report a suspected improper payment, pressure or conflict to info@iderafrica.com. Concerns should receive a fair review, and good-faith reporting should be protected from retaliation. This statement expresses a governance commitment; it is not a claim of external anti-bribery certification.
