Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry form or uploading a brief does not create a client relationship or mean IDER has accepted an assignment. A consultation request provisionally holds the selected time while IDER reviews it; the appointment is confirmed only when IDER confirms it. Fees, scope, confidentiality and deliverables are agreed separately in writing.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit material you have no right to share, impersonate another person, upload malicious files or attempt unauthorised access. Send only information appropriate to an initial enquiry.
Content and attribution
