Evidence, expertise and practical decisions

Technology & Data Partnerships

Bring specialist data systems into a researcher-led evidence workflow.

Where collaboration creates value

Technology partnerships may support survey platforms, geographic analysis, reproducible pipelines, financial models and decision dashboards. Tools should solve an agreed evidence problem, protect confidential information and allow results to be inspected and maintained.

  • Assess licensing, data residency and interoperability.
  • Define access roles, audit trails, export formats and service support.
  • Validate automated or AI-assisted outputs through accountable expert review.

Agreeing an assignment

Submit a partnership enquiry with the lead organisation, end client or donor, opportunity reference, country, deadline, expected duration and scope required from IDER. Proposed participation remains subject to a review of expertise, resources, conflicts and commercial terms.

Delivery and quality responsibilities

A partnership work plan should allocate research design, field supervision, data management, analysis, review and client communication. Confidentiality, subcontractor controls, acceptance criteria and escalation arrangements should be agreed before work begins.

Evidence into action

Make your next business, investment or policy decision with stronger evidence.

Discuss the questions, methods, expertise, timeframe and deliverables your decision needs.
