EFFECTIVE 11 OCTOBER 2026 · VERSION 1
Applications & subscription terms
These service-specific terms apply to IDER Financial Intelligence Cloud, alongside IDER’s website terms and privacy policy. The provider is the Institute of Development and Economic Research (IDER), Accra, Ghana.
1. Price and introductory access
Business costs GHS 200, Research GHS 350 and Institution GHS 500. The first payment covers two calendar months together. From month three, the same amount buys each subsequent calendar month. Prices shown at checkout are the total IDER charge for that period. Payment-provider or bank charges, if any, are separate. The promotion is available once per account and is not renewed by cancellation or reactivation.
2. Payments and renewal
Payments use IDER’s existing Paystack checkout in GHS. Access begins only after payment verification. A calendar-month period ends on the corresponding date in the destination month, or its last day when that date does not exist. Early manual renewal is available during the final seven days and adds a month to the current period; renewal after expiry starts a new month from the verified payment date.
Automatic card renewal is optional, requires separate express consent and a reusable card confirmed by Paystack, and starts at the end of the first paid period. Other supported payment methods use manual renewal. A failed payment does not extend access. Do not submit another payment while a previous attempt or automatic-renewal setup is awaiting reconciliation. Contact IDER for assistance.
3. Cancellation, payment errors and refunds
Cancel an active automatic renewal in My subscription before the next payment falls due. Cancellation is effective when confirmed in your account and stops subsequent scheduled payments; paid access continues until its end date. It does not reverse a payment already processed. Manual renewal involves no automatic debit.
Contact info@iderafrica.com promptly about duplicate, incorrect, unauthorised or undelivered purchases, providing the payment reference without card credentials. IDER will investigate and process an appropriate correction or refund through the original payment channel. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. A disputed or refunded payment may suspend the associated access while it is reconciled.
4. Included capabilities and limits
All plans include the nine financial models and connected Suite, saved scenarios, versioned runs and included report/workbook downloads. Business provides 3 users and 30 saved projects. Research adds research functions with 10 users, 100 projects and 50 private datasets. Institution adds reviewer controls and audit workflow with 30 users, 500 projects and 200 datasets. Usage is for the named organisation and authorised members. Accounts and downloadable products may not be resold or redistributed outside the applicable licence.
Institution membership does not include bespoke validation, custom implementation, institutional SSO, training sessions, an automatic external data feed, or a guaranteed service-level agreement. These require a separate scope and agreement. Future applications are not included unless expressly listed.
5. Evidence, assumptions and research limitations
The current release uses a dated evidence catalogue and explicitly illustrative business and econometric examples. Outputs depend on user inputs, model scope and disclosed assumptions. Forecasts are uncertain; regression or scenario results do not establish causality by themselves. This is a planning and research service, not a statutory accounting, tax filing or guaranteed investment-return service. Independent institutional certification is not represented by automated calculation tests.
6. Data, access and support
Sign-in establishes account identity; workspace roles control access. Upload only data you have authority to store and analyse. Each dataset should record its source and usage rights. IDER does not acquire redistribution rights merely because a source is publicly available. Customer datasets are not automatically published to other subscribers.
After the paid period expires, new calculations, editing and subscription downloads are disabled. Existing saved records and workspace exports remain available. Previously downloaded materials retain their original licence restrictions. Contact IDER to request account-data deletion or assistance; records required for payment reconciliation or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
Support is available through IDER’s contact channels, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm GMT. No response-time or uptime guarantee is included without a separately executed agreement. Changes affecting the subscription price or scope will require a published notice and appropriate customer consent before a different charge is taken.
